Tips
  • Remember that the longer you put things off, the bigger the resistance to do te task will become and the more difficult it will be to make a start;
  • Make a 'to do' list for tomorrow, or Monday; that way your mind will be free to relax and make space for other thoughts;
  • Don't print every email, that way you will save on filing, stationery and the environment;
  • Colour code labels/files/CD's, that way it will be easier to identify them (i.e. all invoices in red, all suppliers in blue, etc.)
  • Don't forget your PC can get cluttered too. Don't have a sea of icons on your desktop, file them reflecting the same system you have in your filing cabinet.


Star Tip:

Be ruthless: if you cannot think of where to put a file/document. Maybe you do not really need it. Chuck it!
